Midnight stars

We had a very cold, snowy weekend and I managed to make good progress on Lori's Quiltalong quilt.
I was delighted with these little stars. I think if I hadn't had the corner triangles made already I'd have been tempted to just make a quilt of these simple stars.
The stars quickly became these blocks.

Some setting squares and triangles and...

A finished little top. :0) Thanks Lori!! This was such a fun little project. These blocks are so cute - I just love them. I'm hoping I can find time to start quilting it this week yet.
Happy Quilting!!
